Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of RentApp (the “Service”), an internal application operated by MCCALL SQUARED, LLC (“MCCALL SQUARED,” “we,” “us”).

RentApp is private, internal software used by MCCALL SQUARED, LLC and its affiliated entities for their own accounting. It is not a public or consumer-facing financial product, and access is limited to users we authorize.

1. Authorized Use

Access to the Service is granted only to users expressly authorized by MCCALL SQUARED, LLC. Authorized users agree to use the Service solely for the legitimate bookkeeping, accounting, and financial-management purposes of MCCALL SQUARED, LLC and its affiliated entities, and to keep their login credentials confidential.

2. Bank Connections via Plaid

The Service uses Plaid Inc. to connect to bank accounts owned by MCCALL SQUARED, LLC and its affiliated entities. By linking an account, the authorized user represents that they are permitted to connect that account and authorizes the Service to retrieve account and transaction data for accounting purposes. Use of Plaid is also subject to the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. Our handling of the resulting data is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable Use

Users may not: (a) attempt to access entities or data they are not authorized to view; (b) reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Service or its infrastructure; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or (d) link financial accounts they are not authorized to connect.

4. Data and Records

Financial records imported into and generated by the Service are the accounting books and records of MCCALL SQUARED, LLC. We retain and manage these records as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” for internal use, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Service is an accounting and recordkeeping tool and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCCALL SQUARED, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
